Odd Taxi Fes was held on June 18th, 2022. There was an afternoon event and an evening event with musical acts and cast members discussing the characters and doing a skit written by Konomoto Kazuya (head series writer). As it seems we're not getting a release of the full script, much less a recording, I thought I'd document the summary so it's available somewhere in English.
The full report by Mixi User (id:429476) includes the reporter's thoughts and insights into the event, I'm just translating their summaries and dialogue. The reporter went to the evening event, of the two, and it was about 90 minutes total.
At the event were:
Iida Riho (Shirakawa)
Koizumi Moeka (Ichimura)
Murakami Manatsu ("Mitsuya Yuki"/Wadagaki Sakura)
Kousei and Asei of Miki (Daimon Brothers; Older and Younger, respectively -- only at the evening event)
Yuusuke and Tsuda Asahiro of Daian (Homosapiens; Shibagaki and Baba respectively)
Takashi of Trendy Angel (Kabasawa)
Murakami Tomoko or Morisanchuu (Taeko)
Phenix and Takai Keisuke of Girly Record (Bonnou Illumination: Kondou Shigeyuki/Cheetah and Fukumoto Daiichi/Panda respectively)
Sakai Koudai (Imai)
Horii Chado (Sekiguchi)
Meteor (Yano)
Special Guest Mukai Seitarou, who is an entertainer and seiyuu who had MCed a few radio events about the series. He does the Karaage shopkeep in the Shooting Star Skit.
Musical guests:
Skirt and Punpee who did the opening theme,
Tony Frank who did the insert song/ending about Manzai,
VaVa, and OMSB whom I don't know the relevance of to the series.
The MC was Inoue Yusuke of Non Style (a comedy duo with seiyuu Ishida Akira, also not related to Odd Taxi) who also doesn't seem to have direct relevance to the series. (The earlier event was MCed by comedy due New York, also with no direct tie to the series)

The shooting stars begin. Tony Frank plays just the guitar instrumental of Watare Bridge as everyone says their wishes:
Shirakawa: I pray Odokoawa-san is happy.
Taeko: I pray I can make spinach shirae as well as my mother did.
Imai: I pray Nikaidou Rui sells a lot.
Kabaswa: I pray to be acknowledged by people.
Yano: I pray Dobu-san dies!--No, I can't, he can't die!!
Sekiguchi: I pray that Yano-san's wish comes true.
Daimon Younger: I pray that all the bad people are gone.
Daimon Older: I pray to return to before that accident.
Ichimura: I pray that I can work as an idol without a mask.
Wadagaki: Even without wishing on a star, I'll do something about it myself, so it's okay.
(The reporter forgot Shibagaki's and Bannou Illumination's.)
Shibagaki: You're up, Baba. You're the last act, the last laugh!
Baba: Uhhhm, Uhhhh, I pray for world peace!
Shibagaki: What's funny about that?!
