If I hadn't studied medicine I'd be made thoroughly confused by all this medi-babble. I didn't even know what acute and chronic meant before Uni! (also, there are new things I've learned from Shiki. There are also a few of things I first knew from Shiki, and when I got to learn about them further at Uni I was delighted: 'ooohh so it's like that!')
Also: I especially like it when Toshio mentions about Seishin in his chapters, even when Seishin's nowhere in them. I didn't get as much of that luxury from Seishin's end thus far.
