( In defense of the long wait, this chapter is REALLY long, with topics I know much less about than medicine, and when Seishin goes into long-talk mode, he's harder to follow and more prone to tangents than Toshio, who is at worst long winded and whiny. As a translator I keep wondering if I've made it make sense while respecting that the speaker's kind of a tangential, indirect ranter himself. )
