Thanks! Sorry this took a while. I've done one hardsubbed version: 1920x1080 Kakizawa Otaku hardsubs v1.2 mkv here (1.35 GB). I'm going to try to get the other version done today.
I think the resolution is rather massive at 1920x1080, so I'm going to make a smaller resolution version at some point, probably 854x480. I have a soft-subbed MKV at that resolution (Kakizawa, both subtitle tracks v1.2, 987 MB), which I'll upload later as well.
