Ah yes, the coveted hard drive space. I currently have over 80 GB of DNtM stuff including test clips, it definitely adds up. I reformatted my computer a few months ago and moved everything to an external drive, which is partly why I have the space for this now. But a few months ago, forget it.
I go by Kylara, so please credit me as that. I was thinking of having you credit "Lawliet" for fun, but this is the name I've gone by for my other DN projects -- scanlating doujinshi and manga (just ch109). Not that anyone pays attention to the people behind the curtain.
I'll make an alternative Kakizawa-version .avi raw today to match the trimmed timing I'll be using on the .mkvs and to match the original resolution. It takes hours to convert, so it's going to be a one-a-day type thing. I leave the computer running while I go to work and hope everything's turned out okay by the time I get home. It'll be about 3.4 GB at 3000 kbps. I could have gone lower on the bitrate for a smaller filesize, but the test clip looked terrible at 2000 kbps, so I stuck at 3000. So let's see how that comes out! I hit 50k on my Nanowrimo project, but the story isn't actually finished and I haven't posted anything. I'm a big believer in revision, so that'll need to happen first. Some areas need to be completely re-written since I changed my mind on things later in the work, and I might change my mind more while finally finishing it. So it won't be for a few months if I decide to post it at all.
Wammy's House taught the boys so well that they're now hiding from the greatest detective in the world too, so I guess job well done on that. But then, I haven't been looking too hard lately. Ah well, the Lights and Misas I've found are totally wonderful. Who do you usually RP with as Mikami?
